NHM UP CHO Examination 2021 is conducted by National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh (NHM, UP) for the post of Community Health Officer (CHO) in Uttar Pradesh.
It is a Computer Based Test will be held for the duration of 2 hours (in one sitting) consisting of two sections of a total of 100 marks. The Exam will be held at Various Allotted Test centres in India.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- GENERAL(UR) / EWS –Minimum 33% marks i.e., 33 Marks out of 100.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) –Minimum 30% marks i.e., 30 Marks out of 100.
- SC / ST / PwD –Minimum 24% marks i.e., 24 Marks out of 100
Candidates are required to appear in the Computer Based Test at their own expense and if shortlisted in the Computer Based Test as per the above criteria, they will be called for Document Verification. The waitlist will be prepared in the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates against 1 vacancy in the respective category).

Note:
- One written Test shall be conducted for CHO and merit list shall be prepared category wise for both the phases separately.
- Time Duration of the test shall be of 2 (two) hours.
- 100 Multiple Choice Question (MCQs) will be asked in Written Exam.
- The question paper shall be set in bilingual language i.e. English and Hindi only.
- Each question will carry 1 mark and there is NO NEGATIVE marking for the wrong answers. No marks will be awarded for un-attempted questions.
